Preparation for sales launch: set up physical and electronic files, contract writing and contract checking Process all post-sales administrative work such as: data and record entry, deposit collection, distribution of disclosure statement amendment, contract addendum, modification agreements, and commission calculation Administer various purchasers’ incentive programs and after-sales commitments: E.g., rental program and car share delivery Process assignment of purchase agreement and data entry for the Condo Receive, screen and respond to internal & external administrative queries File audit, update & maintenance This job involves heavy data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying Able to work independently and in a team environment Undertake other administrative tasks as per request from Sales & Marketing Director Worked with the Director in the implementation of staff and work assignment management Sales administration planning, execution and management Preparation of price matrices and other related sales data forms Produces sample reports Participate in the assembly of attorney contract content Assembles all relevant packets for contracting Purchase and Sale Agreements Independently updating or adjusting the content of the simple purchase and sale modification agreement.
Editing and organizing price lists Summarize data and make recommendations Participate in all Tarion communications and updates Continuously updating contract content and government/Tarion warranty and after-sales service tracking.
Review deposit statements Provide guidance to Front Office/Administration in reviewing brokerage invoices.
Direct front office/administration to review loan pre-approval letters.
Review contract amount and all documents before and after contract execution

A relevant post-secondary education A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a busy marketing environment and real estate industry is required.
Specialized Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Super organized and detail focused Proficient communicator (written, verbal and listening skills).
Copywriting experience would be considered an asset.
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Working knowledge of Adobe and Photoshop/InDesign Passionate marketer with both online and offline understanding Influencer and people person Proven analytical, research and report writing skills Patience Strong bilingual (Cantonese/Mandarin & English) writing and communication skills, ability to make independent proposals and aesthetic taste for promotional details.
