Review CRE credit proposals, identify potential credit risks, ensure full compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements, and make recommendations for management’s review and approval.
Responsible for the quality control of credit risk review for CRE loans.
Order appraisal reports, review the reasonableness of collateral valuation and revaluation, and provide comments on collateral appraisal reports.
Ensure timely and accurate input and updating of credit limits and internal ratings.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the CRE market regularly to determine trends.
Conduct stress testing semi-annually and perform other specific reviews as needed.
Provide technical advice or assistance to managers as needed.
Complete requested reports for Senior Management and the Credit Committee on a timely basis.

- 招聘技能需求
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or other quantitative disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in financial industry.
Comprehensive understanding of lending policies and procedures, financial analysis principles, risk assessment techniques, credit deal structuring, collateral and security documentation and registration requirements, and related regulatory requirement.
Comprehensive understanding of debt restructuring and corporate bankruptcy and insolvency regulations in Canada and the USA.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide timely, informative, and professional credit responses.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated individual with attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
Chinese language skill is an asset.
FRM, CFA or CPA designation is preferred.
