Ensure SOPs and best practices are being followed by sales team through random auditing.
Support the Sales Manager by generating quotes and preparing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Consult with clients after the sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
