Supervise warehouse and logistics departments to ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes Oversee logistics planning to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution Responsible for the general maintenance of the property, including warehouse facilities and equipment maintenance (racking, freezer units, forklifts, dock equipment and related systems) Oversee vehicle maintenance to ensure no interruption to business operations Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy and product movement, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing shrinkage Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost control and service quality Assist the General Manager in implementing operational procedures, SOPs and internal controls Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including health and safety, food safety and transportation
