Vehicle Pickup and Transportation – Review assigned vehicle pickup information and instructions. – – – – Verify certified cheques before vehicle pickup. Pick up and transport vehicles safely to designated locations. Record vehicle mileage and pickup status. Report delays, vehicle issues or discrepancies promptly. Vehicle Intake and Documentation – Take clear and complete vehicle intake photos. – – – Collect, verify and transfer vehicle documents, cheques and receipts. Report missing or incorrect vehicle information and documents. Maintain accurate pickup and vehicle intake records. Lot and Vehicle Support – Perform fuel extraction when required. – – – Track and report vehicle-related fuel expenses. Coordinate towing, maintenance and repair services when assigned. Assist with vehicle movement and general lot operations. Performance Expectations – – – – – – – – Completed assigned vehicle pickups and lot duties safely and within required timelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date, mileage and expense records. Handle vehicles, cheques and documents carefully and responsibly. Report delays, damage, missing documents or discrepancies promptly. Communicate openly and effectively with management and team members. Follow company procedures and safe driving practices at all times. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when assignments or schedules change. Work independently, manage priorities effectively and remain accountable.
Valid Ontario G driver’s licence held for at least three years Clean driving record with no accidents or traffic violations “Ability to provide a satisfactory criminal record check” Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken. Strong general knowledge of the GTA and surrounding areas. Strong attention to detail and time awareness. Open, prompt and effective communication skills. Responsible, flexible and adaptable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
