Maintain complete and accurate bookkeeping records for residential and commercial condominium corporations and other managed properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts, reserve funds, and general ledger accounts, using accounting and property management systems Record and post accounting transactions, including owner charges, vendor invoices, payments, and account adjustments Assist the Accountant with reconciling general ledger, subsidiary, bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reserve fund accounts; investigate discrepancies and make or coordinate necessary adjustments to ensure accurate account balances Assist with audits by preparing audit-supporting records, including reconciliations, ledger schedules, accounts payable packages and payment records; verify financial information, assist with audit inquiries and required adjustments Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, managers, and other stakeholders Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as required
