Strong spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Strong written English Professional telephone manner and client-service skills Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable communicating with clients from a variety of backgrounds Reliable, punctual, professional, and willing to learn Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general office technology Previous reception, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is an asset Previous law-office experience is not required
