Content Strategy & Vision Develop and implement visual content strategies aligned with business goals and brand narrative. Conduct audience research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform creative direction and ensure content resonance. Establish and manage multi-channel editorial calendars for social, web, blog and email. Creative Production Produce high-quality visual content at scale using AI tools, including graphics, motion graphics, videos, animations, interactive visuals, and marketing materials. Lead end-to-end ideation and execution ? from concept to delivery ? ensuring on-brand, on-message output across formats. Integrate UX/UI design principles into web and app visuals to enhance user experience. Performance & Optimization Use analytics to measure content effectiveness and iterate for improved engagement ? setting benchmarks and KPIs. Maintain quality and consistency across all visual touchpoints and brand assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to sync strategic goals and amplify impact. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver content that supports product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives. Mentor junior designers and content creators when needed.
4+ years of experience in creative content strategy, visual design, or related roles ? ideally with portfolio evidence of high-impact campaigns . Demonstrated expertise in visual content creation : graphics, videos, animation, interactive visuals. AI-driven content production experience ? proven ability to leverage AI tools/workflows for efficient and scalable visual performance. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to integrate strategic thinking into creative output. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Portfolio featuring strategic content and visual productions (must include video + animation + campaign examples). Comfortable with fast-paced, iterative creative environments and cross-functional teamwork.
