Manage the end-to-end development of projects, including securing various approvals such as Zoning Bylaw Amendments, Site Plan Agreements, Condominium Registrations, and Minor Variances. Collaborate with project team to develop project plans and schedules. Prepare and review of project documentation, including drawings and schematics. Manage Site coordination and progress, including but not limited to Safety, Quality Control, Site Management Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam for project tracking and reporting. Review and assess technical reports and drawings to ensure quality and accuracy Conduct construction estimating to support budget planning and resource allocation. Maintain organized records of project progress, changes, and communications. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes for project discussions. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project goals. Provide full administrative support to the company executives, ensuring efficient daily operations, and assisting other colleagues when requested. Handle professional correspondence and communications on behalf of the President, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Coordinate company events and special projects, including organizing large annual events like the yearly Holiday Luncheon (including vendor/entertainment booking). Maintain highly organized files, records, and documentation for easy access, ensuring seamless office operations.
A Bachelor?s degree in a relevant discipline is required. Acceptable fields of study include, but are not limited to, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or other related programs. Construction Site experience especially in Custom Home construction management Proficiency in drawing review and understanding of construction documents. Experience with construction estimating techniques is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of construction processes and best practices is highly desirable. Previous experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry is a plus. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and technical contexts.
