Generate new residential renovation opportunities Build referral relationships with homeowners and industry professionals Conduct client consultations and site visits Understand project scope, budget, timeline and design preferences Gather measurements, photographs and project information Prepare preliminary scopes and assist with renovation estimates Work with management to confirm costs and pricing Present quotations, follow up and close projects Coordinate client decisions and material selections Maintain client communication throughout the renovation Identify additional work and coordinate change-order requests Assist with progress-payment follow-up and project closeout Maintain accurate client and project records
