Support dealers with kitchen design and layout using 2020 Design software Process and review dealer orders, quotes, and specifications Perform accurate data entry into internal systems Communicate with dealers regarding order details, revisions, and timelines Provide product knowledge and technical support Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow Assist in resolving order issues or discrepancies

Experience with 2020 Design software (required) Background in kitchen cabinetry Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills (English required; Chinese is an asset) Experience with CRM systems, Excel, and email communication
