Oversee all LED retrofit and installation projects from planning through completion, ensuring materials, staffing, and resources are managed effectively. Coordinate schedules, tasks, and deliverables with external electricians and subcontractors. Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining exceptional quality for our clients. Ensure strict compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Control costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of best practices and standardized processes. Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly to concerns, attending site visits and meetings, and managing communications to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues quickly and effectively. Proactively assess risks and maintain a safe, healthy work environment. Prepare accurate project documentation, including progress reports and completion records. Support business development by fostering customer relationships and identifying opportunities for future projects. Travel to project site is required. Occasional evening or after-hours work may be required to accommodate project schedules or minimize disruption to client operations.
