Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Write and edit content in both English and Mandarin , including brand copy, campaign messaging, and promotional materials Ensure consistency in brand voice across all touchpoints Work with the design team to develop flyers, banners, and digital creative assets Manage content calendars, timelines, and production schedules Organize creative assets, giveaways, and promotional materials PR & Partnerships Coordinate with influencers/KOLs to manage collaboration timelines and deliverables Support cross-brand and community partnership initiatives Draft press releases and maintain brand narratives Support external communications during public incidents or brand-related crises Social Media Support Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.) Schedule and publish content aligned with campaign objectives Interact with online communities and monitor engagement Track trends and feedback to optimize digital strategies
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 1?2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in food & beverage or hospitality) Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus) Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong asset
