1. Cashier & Basic Finance Support Handle daily cash and bank transactions : receipts, payments, transfers, and wire payments, ensuring proper approvals and accurate records. Maintain cash and bank balance records ; prepare simple daily/weekly cash reports as needed. Manage expense reimbursements : check supporting documents, ensure compliance with company policies, and organize receipts for filing. Assist in preparing and organizing basic accounting documentation for internal use and for external accountants/tax advisors (e.g., KPMG,PWC etc). Track and assist with payments related to project expenditures (mining site costs, real estate project costs, professional fees, etc.) after internal approval. Help maintain accounts payable lists for vendors, consultants, and professional service providers (law firms, planners, engineers, etc.). 2. Administration & Office Support Handle general office administration : office supplies, mail and courier, filing, and office maintenance coordination. Organize and maintain corporate documents (contracts, agreements, board resolutions, corporate registries, shareholding documents), including both digital and physical files. Coordinate meeting scheduling and logistics with lawyers, accountants, planners, consultants, and business partners; prepare simple meeting notes when required. Assist with business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rental) and organize related expense claims. Prepare and documents and forms (e.g., payment request forms, simple summaries, basic filings).
College diploma or bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. minimum 3 years of experience in a cashier, finance assistant, or administrative role; experience in Canada or North America is an asset. Solid understanding of basic finance and cash handling processes (cash/bank transactions, reimbursements, basic accounting concepts). High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial information. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with online banking platforms.
