Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking. Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company, including accountants, government auditors, and financial consultants. Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for finance department performance.
