Administrative Duties Provide general administrative support to the office and management team Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office files, records, and documentation Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required Support HR or management with administrative tasks when needed Accounting / Finance Support Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and process invoices and payment records Maintain financial records and update accounting spreadsheets Support bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks Coordinate with external accountants when required Operations Support Assist with shipment documentation and logistics paperwork Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal staff regarding orders or documentation Ensure accuracy of operational and financial records
1?2 years of experience in office administration, accounting assistant, or similar role Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and English Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
