* Customer Service & Communication: Welcome students and parents warmly; manage incoming inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WeChat. * Studio Operations & SOP Execution: Maintain the day-to-day cleanliness and organization of the front desk and gallery space; monitor and manage art supply inventory based on studio guidelines. * Administrative Support: Assist the Director with student registration, tracking tuition payments, scheduling, and maintaining up-to-date student records. * Marketing Assistance: Help manage the studio?s social media accounts (Red/???, Instagram) and assist in organizing local art salons and student exhibitions.
* Bilingualism is a MUST: Fluent in both professional English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with our diverse student families. * Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or retail is preferred. Experience in art studios or education sectors is a major asset. * Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and social media platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Personality: Punctual, reliable, possessing strong personal boundaries, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with children and families. * Background in Fine Arts, Design, or Arts Management is highly preferred.
