Perform on-site inspection, servicing, and maintenance of automated Beverage Machines and Hot Food Bento Machines to ensure continuous daily operation Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime Replace defective parts and components and adjust equipment according to manufacturer specifications and operational requirements Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and routine servicing to maintain equipment reliability and operational efficiency Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with applicable health, safety, and food sanitation standards Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and equipment logs Coordinate with operations staff to schedule maintenance activities and respond promptly to urgent service requests Provide on-the-job technical guidance and assistance to junior technicians when required Train new employees on basic equipment operation, safe work practices, and routine maintenance procedures
