Billing & Accounts Receivable Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes Shipping & Logistics Coordination Prepare shipping documentation, quotes, and related invoices Coordinate shipments and communicate delivery timelines Provide shipping instructions and updates to customers and internal teams Address shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies as they arise. Customer Service Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to billing and shipping Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Provide clear information regarding charges, payment terms, and shipment details Maintain positive relationships with customers Team Collaboration Work closely with Accounting, Sales, and Customer Service teams Ensure accuracy and consistency of billing and shipping information Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role Experience in shipping/logistics is considered an asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting/ERP systems Working Conditions Office-based role located in Etobicoke, Ontario Standard business hours (may require occasional flexibility during peak periods)
