Manage HR functions for Ontario and British Columbia. Handle end-to-end payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and training. Update and create job descriptions. Implement OH&S and manage Work Safe claims. Develop and review policies for compliance with legislation. Support employee engagement and company culture activities. Assist with HR projects and additional tasks as assigned. Learn and handle multinational payroll activities (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, UK) Manage leave applications and reports for payroll. Resolve payroll discrepancies and assist with reports. Maintain HRIS and payroll systems. Ensure compliance with regulations and update HR policies. Process workers’ compensation payments and manage reimbursements. Assist with payroll across the organization and HRM software implementation. Maintain employee files and develop reward programs.
