Responsible for the effective coordination and completion of all recruitment related administrative tasks within the department Work closely and effectively with other departments and management to define and agree on recruitment requirements Pre-Screen applicants and review resumes and qualifications to determine suitable candidates that meet minimum requirements Conduct and verify background and reference checks in addition to maintaining a tracking system of this information Ensure consistency in process including interviews, collection of forms, and maintenance of documentation and candidate files Ensure recruitment compliance in accordance to the Quality Manual in terms of the full cycle process, document control and confidentiality.
Sort out and track employee information and profile, arrange and assist staff training.
Other duties as required.
