Perform / complete all onboarding, banking activities / transactions and high complexity credit solutions to the highest value and sophisticated personal clients.
Advanced knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services to support the overall client relationship.
Conduct frequent proactive client follow-ups to ensure client expectations are being met in alignment with their unique complex financial needs and plans.
Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and work collaboratively with various Wealth and Bank partners to offer highly complex credit solutions to U/HNW clients.
