Develop, recommend and implement human resources programs and services in the area of recruitment, performance management, employee relationships and retention.
Ensure corporate compliance with labour regulations and governance standards about recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, record-keeping and performance management.
Collaborate in recruitment initiatives, including identifying selection criteria, developing questions and tests, screening applications, interviewing candidates in conjunction with the hiring manager, verifying references, and making job offers.

University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management or post-graduate program in Human Resources Management.
Minimum 2 years related experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
