Must possess exceptional technical understanding and troubleshooting skills relating to the motorcycle/ATV/UTV industry.
Communicate with team to develop strategies that will drive operational excellence and help reduce costs.
Troubleshoot and determine root cause for any product failure and quality issues.
Compiles reports and analyze for corrective action and create documentation compiling test results Collaborate and support the team in the new product development process from concept to launch Assist during the product launch, seminars, exhibitions, and presentations.
Display flexibility and creativity in dealing with scheduling and other complex issues.
Ensure that clear, concise, and accurate product specifications including BOMs, routings, drawings, and work instructions are maintained.
Ability to conduct thorough research on company products Comfortable being hands on i.e.
Fabricating, disassemble and assemble Axle etc.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering (preferred).
Experience with suspension systems, drivetrain design, or vehicle dynamics.
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and testing methodologies.
Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and simulation software.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment and multi tasking.
Have a Strong attention to detail, Prioritization Skills and Problem-Solving Skill.
Passion for Motorsports / Powersports / Automotive.
Have a good knowledge with Outlook and Excel.
Proficient in English.
Quality Control Knowledge with relevant experience is an asset.
Work experience using SolidWorks is an asset.
SAE Project is an asset.
Experience with 3D printing is an asset.
Mandarin is as asset.
Electrical knowledge or certification is an asset.
