Responsible for auditing warehouse and retail store on a regular basis
Conduct manual inventory/cycle counts
Update information and data for cycle counting
Manage inventory levels in accordance with retail store
Manage email requests for retail inquiries
Create and manage inventory bins for existing and new products
Create or update as needed in system
Review transaction history and bin inventory to identify inconsistencies in the transfer processes
Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored
Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner
Compiles reports and maintains detailed and accurate records of changes of any inventory in Warehouse Management System (“WHMS”) which allows the Company to keep track of supply and demand over long periods of time
Compile inventory information and present it to management for effective decision making, which may include the need for restock
Review balance of inventory and count the items in stock
Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately related to inventory level discrepancies
Exhibits the ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross-related departments.
