Develop, recommend and implement human resources programs and services in the area of recruitment, performance management, employee relationships and retention.
· Ensure corporate compliance with labour regulations and governance standards about recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, record-keeping and performance management.
· Collaborate in recruitment initiatives, including identifying selection criteria, developing questions and tests, screening applications, interviewing candidates in conjunction with the hiring manager, verifying references, and making job offers.
· Lead programs for onboarding, general new start orientation, training, and employer branding.
· Develop and maintain HR policies to ensure the company always complies with ESA.
· Prepare HR reports related to but not limited to recruitment, and turnover rates, and provide action items to address gaps and issues.
· Maintains the company organizational chart and updates as needed.
· Assist the management team with a variety of issues and ad-hoc projects.
