Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process.
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine skill sets that are in demand and need to be sourced.
Implement effective and innovative techniques for identifying talented candidates including: internet searches, social media, referrals, cold-calling and networking.
Screen and conduct preliminary interviews over the phone or through video conferencing using behavioral and competency based techniques to present a short list of candidates for further interviewing.
Maintain up to date talent pools and maximize the efficiency and timeliness of the recruitment process.
Proactively involved in weekly recruitment meetings, make recommendations for improvements to the full-life cycle recruiting process as needed.
Support with employee on-boarding and training.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Post-secondary diploma, degree or certificate in Human Resources is an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience in recruitment, especially in cold-calling is an asset.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-organized with a people-oriented approach.
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
Mandarin Required.
