Personal Support Worker (PSW) Diploma or Certificate from a recognized program or equivalent education.
Current and updated Vulnerable Sector Screening.
Current and valid Standard First Aid & CPR Certifications.
Updated WHMIS and Worker Health and Safety Awareness Certifications.
Valid and updated N-95 Mask Fit Certificate.
COVID-19 Vaccination (3 Doses Required) Experience in providing personal care and assistance with a variety of household tasks.
Experience in working with acutely ill, chronically ill, or palliative clients is considered an asset.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate compassion, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with clients and their families.
CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred) PSW Certificate or Diploma (required) Chinese speaking preferred
