Actively review, manage, and update ETA & arrival dates of inbound purchase orders.
Understand and conduct root-cause analysis of out-of-stock scenarios and report get-well dates to senior management.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies for managing and reducing excess inventory.
Work closely with overseas manufacturing facilities to understand capacity, lead times, and logistic issues, and make recommendations to resolve and inform teams in advance.
Perform other related duties as assigned, such as participating in cross-functional team meetings or supporting inventory audits.

Post-secondary degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred, or a combined 2-3 years of experience in inventory planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and analyze vendor performance.
Ability to plan, balance, and multi-task based on business needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to listen, take direction, and learn quickly.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while producing high-quality work.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
