Generate new leads and develop relationships with contractors, builders, designers, renovators, real estate professionals, and commercial clients Visit customers, job sites, offices, showrooms, and potential business partners Present products, pricing, samples, and sales materials professionally Follow up with leads, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities Learn product features, applications, availability, and pricing Assist customers with product selection based on their project needs Track sales activity, customer communication, and opportunities Coordinate with internal staff for orders, availability, delivery, and customer service Represent the company professionally both on-site and in the field
Previous sales experience preferred Experience in building supplies, real estate, interior design, construction, renovation, or home improvement is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable making calls, visiting clients, and following up consistently Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time independently Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle required Comfortable working both on-site and on the road Basic computer skills for email, quotes, customer records, and sales tracking
