Executes operating procedures that ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes. Specific currency deadlines need to be met on a daily basis. Contributes to environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within the department. Achieves preset targets measuring service quality & effectiveness against appropriate benchmarks. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our service and value proposition for our clients. Follows preset procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as well as corporate audit and risk management requirements. Contributes to satisfactory results in all internal & external audits. Undertakes ongoing training & development of staff on operating procedures & regulatory requirements.
