Perform analytics that will combine data sets and help to identify the correct action to “move the needle” towards the right direction In conjunction with the Chief Planning Officer, maintain and enhance existing management tools such as balanced scorecard, performance/project process tracking, and management (expanding beyond financial information) reporting template Identify all existing database and available data elements throughout the company including, but not limited to, marketing, finance, accounting, operations, purchasing, point-of-sales (POS), price look-up (PLU), and others deemed to be applicable for the projects’ needs Work closely with internal stakeholders, maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations, strategies, priorities, and information, and help drive strategic decision making through detailed analysis, insights, and reporting on business metrics and results Communicate with the Operations Team and members of the Operations Support Department regarding any metrics/indicators regarding methodology, significance, purpose, etc.
Collaborating with the MIS Department, this position will also develop templates and design new data elements including documenting processes and procedures when necessary.
