Record and process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely data entry into our financial system Help manage current orders and customer information, ensure the information be verified and updated Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner Track and trace order and shipments as required, keep the appropriate departments and customers updated Coordinate and maintain relevant documentation for customs and duties accurately and efficiently Work closely with sales team for any order related inquiries, e.g., perform sale price verification, provide shipping details, production planning etc.
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time based off departmental needs

College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to work accurately and efficiently 2+ years of related customer service, logistics or supply chain experience would be preferred Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Adobe PDF Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Fluent in English.
Chinese preferred (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), but not required Self-starter with a passion for collaborating with teammates to solve problems Experience CPG, or Food and Beverages is an asset Experience in QuickBooks or SOS is an asset
