Product Strategy : Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the gifting function, ensuring alignment with Snaplii’s overall mission and goals. Customer Insights : Conduct user research and gather feedback to deeply understand customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into product improvements. Roadmap Management : Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility. Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product experiences on time and within budget. Market Research : Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Snaplii’s gifting function remains innovative and competitive. Performance Tracking : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the gifting function, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Compliance & Security : Ensure all aspects of the gifting function adhere to regulatory requirements and best practices in data security.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA is a plus. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or e-commerce. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products. Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. Familiarity with digital gift card platforms or payment systems is highly desirable. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics).
