Greeting patients and visitors, making them feel welcomed and comfortable Providing assistance and information about any of the services provided at the clinic Answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries Booking and scheduling patients, checking patients in and out, issuing invoices and receipts after visits Billing to third-party insurance companies through various portals Maintaining general cleanliness around the clinic, including washing/drying/mopping the floor and folding laundry Monitoring and maintaining inventory supply Other related administrative tasks
