Serve as the key point of contact on clients’ order fulfillment process Work closely with global customers, suppliers, and sales team to provide great customer service Process client sales orders and shipping documents effectively and efficiently.
Proactively issue SO, PO and monitor open orders in the information system Communicate promptly with customers and suppliers regarding price, quotation, order status, production schedule and delivery, etc.
