Performing Quality Assurance inspection and testing of finished, in-process fabricated or mechanical parts, equipment, and assemblies to certify quality and adherence to specifications
Notifies the appropriate party of any problems
Ensures that following the Final QA inspection, the Quality Assurance Checklist is complete and along with all related hard copy documents is forwarded to the Production Manager
Analyses problems with products and troubleshoots ATM machines as necessary
Customizes product in accordance with customer requirements; staging ATM machines, installs software and programs as necessary
Liaises with the IT group regarding image requirements
EPROM burning and replacement
Assembles cables, products and/or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions.
