Able to travel occasionally (within Canada) to assist in purchasing or inventory matters at our locations;
Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, word, and powerpoint) Familiar with restaurant’s sources of suppliers;
restaurant’s costs and profit margin;
shipping, deliveries, and receivers auditing concepts;
Assists in compiling reports on procurement needs and related matter Able to communicate and negotiate with suppliers or departments when issues or discrepancies of quality control occurred;
Sustain adequate inventory level at all times;
do physical periodical counts for the inventory listing and items;
ensure inventory storage is properly managed Sensitive about the source’s quality control checking;
monitor expiration dates of the sources Able to work day and night shifts;
work extra shifts and hours as required Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred Collaborations and other duties as required English and Chinese proficiency are highly preferred
