Coordinate with internal departments and various stores on promotional campaigns, marketing materials, project timelines, and follow-up actions related to product launches.
Generate periodic and ad hoc reports promptly and accurately, covering store sales, inventory, category performance, and special events.
Address and resolve issues with orders, shipments, and customer inquiries promptly.
Undertake other duties as necessary for the role’s success.
