Identify and evaluate product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
Use all available resources to conduct periodic analysis of potential customer demand, new and emerging marketing/ merchandising styles and required product and accessory.
Respond to sales inquiries and following up on leads with potential clients through chat, phone, email to foster customer relations.
Identify and document issues and other matters that come up during the sales process.
Research geographic area for potential customers, prioritize leads and compiles lists of both immediate and future action.
Provide market feedback to management about competitive activities, i.e.
pricing, quality, new product introductions, etc.
Conduct ongoing research in the competitor market within the field of digital and paid marketing and advise the company on developments, best practices, and trends.
Partner with internal and external teams to deliver design changes, technical SEO tasks, conversion optimization, and new landing pages Other sales/marketing related tasks/ Ad Hoc projects as needed.

Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic.
Attention to details, can prioritize multiple projects and tasks while adhering to deadlines.
