This is an opportunity for a high performing, driven, collaborative, self-starter who can play a key role in developing and executing client’s social media and influencer marketing strategies The social media manager will work with cross-functional internal teams and agency partners to develop social content, manage content calendars, support community management initiatives, spot trends, manage influencer marketing programs, and provide comprehensive social VOC reports This role is an individual contributor and is a part of the Global Communications organization Develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy and influencer program, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners Create culture-first social content for social channels (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X and Threads) Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g., Tax Experts, Media Spokespeople) to script and develop educational video content Connect with consumers through social channels leveraging social listening and community management to engage with consumers in the brand’s voice and tone, tapping into conversations around the brand, the tax category and relevant trends Spot trends, and support the team in concepting and creating quick-turn, trend-driven social content Support agency-driven video production projects and campaigns Support the internal team, and agency partners, with social content calendar management and planning Manage influencer selection and content development, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners Leverage social listening platforms (i.e., Brandwatch) to develop insightful weekly reports that surface key trends in the social conversation around the brand and key competitors Develop ad-hoc social listening and campaign performance reports, as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the end-to-end marketing and communications strategy Collaborate cross-border with key stakeholders from the US marketing & communications teams

3 – 5 years’ experience in an agency or corporate environment, consumer, tech or finance preferred Ability to create culture-first, trend-driven social content for channels including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Snap Experience in developing and executing innovative, impactful, social media and influencer strategies Possess a strategic mindset, a creative approach, and proven ability to execute Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and competing priorities Analytical thinker with the ability to develop comprehensive reports that translate data and insights into actionable recommendations A roll-up your sleeves get-it-done mindset A passion for pop culture and an ability to engage diverse audiences High degree of attention to detail Comfort with change and ambiguity Strong networking, relationship-building, and collaboration skills Team player with a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate proactively with key stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective presentation skills Early adopter of social media technologies with broad platform experience Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision making Excited to work in a hybrid role based in Toronto 多伦多工作, Canada
