Perform visual and functional inspection of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications
Conduct inspections at various stages of the production process, including incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
Identify and document defects, discrepancies, and non-conformities, providing detailed reports to the Quality Assurance team
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
Conduct first article inspections (FAIs) and ensure that new products meet quality standards
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of inspection results, test data, and other relevant documentation
Assist in the development and improvement of inspection processes and procedures
Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and quality protocols on the production floor
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing quality control processes
Assist to setup & operate AOI machine for daily manufacturing
Assist to perform X-Ray Inspection Participate in the 5S housekeeping principles.
