or equivalent years of combined education and experience.
Minimum 2 years’ direct digital program management experience (CRM, loyalty, influencer and partnerships).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong ability to analyze and report on KPI’s such as revenue, ROAS, traffic, brand awareness measurements, etc.
Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
