Perform data entry duties into the company ERP and WMS system Communicate with freight forwarders and suppliers via e-mail and phone calls Prepare the relevant paper and digital documentation for shipping purposes Analyze freight rates, calculate cost of goods, and research shipping routes Determine and recommend efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions Create invoices, packing lists and other documentation for international customs Inspect and check incoming and outgoing documentation for accuracy Maintain relevant files and databases using MS Office and Google Drive apps Effectively monitor and track the flow of goods during the shipping process Prepare periodical reports for management to evaluate the overall shipping process Answer phone calls,emails, and provide general administrative support Other duties assigned

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business operations, logistics, mathematics, or related field preferred 1-2 year’s logistics/freight forwarding experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multitask Ability to organize and prioritize down to the fine details Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Mandarin and English fluency Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Willing and eager to learn Professional communication demeanour Ability to work within a team environment Strong organization skills and time management skills Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal skills
