Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information.
Process patient billing and insurance claims.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling.
Adhere to and enforce IPAC protocols as outlined by clinic policies and public health guidelines.
Ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of the reception area and waiting room.
Educate patients on hygiene practices and infection control procedures.
Monitor and maintain appropriate supplies for infection control (e.g., hand sanitizers, disinfectants).
Follow all regulatory requirements and clinic standards for patient safety and infection control.
Report any safety or hygiene concerns to the clinic manager promptly.
Participate in ongoing training and updates related to IPAC.
Assist with other administrative tasks and support dental staff as needed.
Manage office supplies and inventory related to infection control.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems.
