Work with outside PDI contractor to co-ordinate Tarion PDI inspections.
Perform quality assurance for Pre-Delivery, PDI, 30-day and Year-End Tarion Warranty Service.
Respond to questions and service requests from owners via telephone, email or in-person, regarding warranty repair issues.
Provide follow-up and issue resolution with owners and company management.
Make assessments on requests for warranty service using the Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines and the Company’s standards of service and best practice.
Co-ordinate the completion of warranty work by trades responsible for the work, within Tarion timelines.
Co-ordinate the completion of work by company handymen.
Work in a collaborative manner with the Company’s Construction Manager and 3rd party Residential Property Management Team in order to problem-solve.
Co-ordinate the completion of warranty work related to the Common Element Performance Audit.
Report trends and escalations to Management in a timely manner.
Participate in the handling of administrative tasks of the Site Office.
