Performs the functions of Registered Practical Nurse in compliance with the standards of practice for Registered Practical Nurse developed by the College of Nurses, and provides high quality nursing service that reflects the organization’s resident centred approach, vision and policies.

Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbally and in writing) and presentation skills to internal and external clients/residents Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interprofessional and interdisciplinary team Ability to mentor and/or support colleagues and students Computer literacy.
Experience with RAI-MDS an asset Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, nights and short shifts.
May be required to work weekly weekend work).
Ability to communicate in Chinese an asset
