Maintain and nurture client relationships Complete after-closing procedures Manage & monitor administrative systems for the office Cultivate and maintain key client relationships with clients, vendors, and community leaders Coordinate and arrange service providers accordingly (cleaners, steam cleaners, painters, etc.) Manage Listing & Closings process and procedures Oversee Brokerage Files (ie: listings, deals files, deposits received) Monitor all Sold Conditional and closing date timeframes, follow up for waivers/amendments Monitor Accounting email accordingly Responsible for company credit card spending, monitor spending & cut unnecessary costs Proficient in MLS System is an asset Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates Answer real estate-related questions from agents and clients.
Review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure they meet legal and organizational standards.
