Strong aptitude with numbers Previous experience in sales and reception role Experience with spa or medical software an asset Experience with cosmetic, salon, spa, medical spa industry Excellent written and oral communication skills Must have superior customer service skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Excellent interpersonal and team building skills Strong time management and organizational skills Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethics Driven and ability to work with minimum supervision Knowledge English / Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
