Clinic Manager in daily operations of the clinic.
Support in achieving monthly/quarterly objectives with a focus on scheduling, inventory, order management, on-going staff support, maximization of revenues, coaching and feedback.
Provide effective day to day communication with guest receptionist team.
Ensure that all department programs, service standards, policies and procedures are followed consistently and accurately, according to our clinic.
Address all guest related concerns in a professional and courteous manner Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees.
Follow company policies and procedures;
report incidents.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Quality of service, able to handle complaints and provide resolution.
Available to work varied shifts: days, evenings and Saturdays if needed.
Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Fluently Bilingual in Chinese and English (written, read and spoken) is a must.
3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills, decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to motivate and positively influence others.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
